Payments and Billing

Billing through HumanaOne Dental is a simple process. There are no bills or claim forms for you to fill out – all of your billing information is taken care of when you enroll. We offer a simple online enrollment process with convenient credit card and electronic fund transfer payment options.

After you enroll, all you have to do is call your dentist or eye care provider and set up an appointment. You will also be sent a "Welcome" email that will direct you to a just-for-members site that will help you keep track of your plan.

If you would like to know prices for specific procedures, view Our Plans available in your state, select your state, and then click the Plan Name that you are interested in. The page that appears will have a link to all of the procedure costs for your plan - so you can see exactly what you'll pay. Once you enroll, all you have to do is call your dentist or eye care provider and set up an appointment. It's that easy.
