  • $10 copayment for your annual examination

  • Discounts on contact lenses and cosmetic extras
  • A large network of private practice vision care doctors
  • Lenses from a Vision Direct Insurance Plan Network Doctor at a 20% discount from the normal charge
  • Discounts on Lasik:
    • If you use TLC Choice Lasik Plan providers, you will get 10% savings from their usual and customary fees.

      Members receive benefits on services performed by TLC Select Lasik Plan providers at the following fixed prices:
      • Conventional Lasik: $895 per eye
      • Custom Lasik: $1,295 per eye
      • Customer Lasik with IntraLase: $1,895 per eye
