The HumanaOne Vision Focus Plan can help you save money on eye exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, and contacts. It also offers substantial discounts on Lasik and cosmetic extras. It only takes a minute to sign up online. Once you’re enrolled, you only pay a $10 copayment for your annual eye examination, when you use a network provider, and you can visit any eye doctor in the EyeMed Network. Here are more of the plan’s features when you take advantage of the EyeMed Network:

  • Low exam copayments
  • Single-vision eyeglass lenses are covered at 100% after a $25 copayment
  • $100 retail allowance for frames with 20% discount on balances over $100
  • Medically necessary contact lenses are covered at 100%
  • $115 allowance for elective contact lenses with an additional 15% discount on balances over $115
  • Discounts on Lasik
  • 20% off retail on any services and materials not covered by the plan
  • Standard polycarbonate lens available at no charge to dependents under age 19. All other members pay fixed copayment of $40
  • One eye exam per year

Membership in the People’s Benefit Alliance (PBA) is required at additional cost (your $0.75 association fee covers this) in order to be eligible to apply for this plan. With your membership, you will receive discounts on health, travel, consumer, and business-related services, such as:
